Glutinous Rice Balls


Ingredients:
300 gms glutinous rice flour
200 gms sugar
Pandan leaves
Colouring
Warm Water
Here are the step how to prepare Glutionous Rice Balls-
First, pour the glutinous rice flour into a mixing bowl. Next, pour some warm water slowly and mix the flour with a wooden spoon. When the flour mixture turn into a dough, it is ready to make into small balls. If we want the glutinous rice, balls to be colourful. We can add in red and purple colour into the dough. Then put a bunch of pandan leaves into a pot with water. When it starts to boil, drop in the glutinous rice balls slowly. When they are cooked, the balls will float. Add in sugar and ready to serve in a bowl.

Chicken & Pineapple

Ingredients

300 grams chicken meat
2 slices pineapple
A few garlic
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon MSG

Here are the step preparing Chicken & Pineapple-

First, cut the chicken meat into a small pieces. Then, cut pineapple and pound garlic. Next, heat the the frying pan and pound in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Put the garlic and fry for awhile. Then, put in the chicken meat and pineapple. Stir and pound in 100 ml water to cook with closed cover. Then put in the salt and MSG and mixed together. It is ready to put the chicken and pineapple onto a plate.

Fried Rice


Ingredients

2 plates of cooked rice
2 tablespoon mixed vegetables of corn, peas & red carrot
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon MSG
2 eggs
2 tablespoon cooking oil

Here are the step how to preparing the Fried Rice-

First, heat frying pan. Pour in oil and mixed vegetable. Fry for a while and put a side and knocked 2 eggs to fry. Then mix in the rice. Stir and fry the rice. Put salt and MSG together with the rice. Fry for a while and ready to serve.

Steam Fish


Ingredients

One fish about 300gm
A few spring onions
A few slices of ginger

Sauce
100ml water
1 teaspoon corn-starch
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil

Here are the step preparing the Steam Fish-

First, wash and clean the fish. Put some cooking oil and slices of ginger on the fish. Boil the water in pan. Then put the fish to steam for 10-15 minutes. Cut spring onions into short lengths. Put cooking oil in the pan & mix in the spring onions. Put water, soya sauce, salt, msg and corn-flour to mix together. When it is ready, pour the sauce on top of the fish and serve.

Cocoa-Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

300 grams all-purpose flour
4 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
230 ml milk
2 eggs
100 grams white sugar
60 ml sunflower oil
3 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
100 grams chocolate chips
A handful of raisins
1/3 cup orange flavored liqueur

Here are the step how to making the Cocoa-Chocolate Chip Cake-

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a baking loaf pan, set aside.
2. Combine raisins with the liqueur in a small bowl, set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs, add the milk, sunflower oil and pure vanila extract. Stir in flour mixture. Mix with the wooden spoon well to combine.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking loaf. Bake about 30-40 minutes. Cool completely.
Remember be careful when you slice the cake because it's very soft.

Simple Chocolate and Orange Cake


Ingredients

6 eggs
200 grams + 1 tablespoon sugar
100 grams flour
2 tablespoons of corn starch
200 grams dark chocolate
150 grams butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 oranges' zest

Here are the step how to make the Simple Chocolate and Orange Cake-

1. Mix the yolks, sugar, and the orange zest.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together without boiling. Wait until the mixture becomes warm. If it's not warm, you won't be able to mix the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix the chocolate and butter with yolks mixture.
4. Whip the whites with an extra tablespoon of sugar until they hold shape.
5. Slowly, fold the whites in the previous mixture.
6. Mix the flour, baking soda, and corn starch together and sift it bu parts into the previous mixture, folding slowlu.
7. Pour in a pan lined with butter and flour.
8. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 C in a pre-heated oven.

Coconut Pudding



Ingredients

4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 salt
garnish: toasted coconut

Here are the step how to make Coconut Pudding-

1. In a saucepan mix together cornstarch, sugar and salt.
2. Whisk in coconut milk and simmer over low to median heat.
3. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
4. Pour into serving dishes, chill for at least an hour.
5. Garnish with toasted coconut.

Dark Chocolate Chip Muffins




Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 stick butter-melted

1 cup milk

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup chocolate chips



Here are the step how to bake the Dark Chocolate Chips Muffins-

1. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.

2. Melt the butter, add cocoa and stir to a smooth paste.

3. Add vanilla and pour into flour, add eggs and milk to combine into a thick creamy batter.

4. Add chocolate chips.

5. Spoon into paper cups 3/4 full and bake in a pre heated oven at oven at 180 C for 30 minutes or till done.
